Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal chocolates and confections, Hilliards Chocolates cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our facility. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues regarding damage or shipping errors.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your package for any signs of transit damage or discrepancies from your original order confirmation.
- 2.Contact Customer Care
If your chocolates are damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our main office with your order number and photos of the product.
- 3.Review for Resolution
Our team will review your claim to determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate based on the condition of the perishable items received.
- 4.Receive Replacement
If a claim is approved, we will expedite a replacement shipment to your address at no additional cost to ensure you enjoy our confections as intended.
